- Michael NILSSON
Michael Nilsson is General Business Manager at CDT (Centre for Distance-planning Technology) established in 1995 which is a centre for IT research, development and innovation (business generation) at Luleå University of Technology.
He has an Industrial background in management, technical and business positions since 1983 at Saab Aerospace, Centek, Effnet, European Commission. He works at CDT (2002-) as responsible for EU funded projects.
Present: Coordinator of FIREBALL, Partner in FIRE Expert Group, EIT ICT Labs, ENoLL.
Past: Partner in CoreLabs, PanLab II, Fireworks, Coordinator of CA, Brain Bridges, (Collaborative Working Environment,) WP Leader in Clock, task leader in Collaboration4Innovation etc. Organiser of the 1st Swedish EU presidency conference, FIRE & Living Labs 2009 – Future Internet by the people. Member of ETP, Net!Works and NESSI. Member of FIRE Architecture Board.
