• By bringing together industrialists and policy makers to encourage discussion among all Smart City stakeholders, the Innovative City Convention will be part of a group mobilization addressing the issues that are determinant in developing, city by city, the economic perspectives in the short, medium and long term by identifying areas of investment, the expected benefits through new types of partnerships or public-private partnership models, and by taking advantage of synergies and skills platforms, demonstrators, and regional, national and international expertise.

  The Innovative City Convention presents a new approach integrating the aspects of a traditional trade show with the advantages of online resources. It is THE event for all those committed to Smart Cities. An international convention covering intelligence in the main sectors of the city:

  

  The convention will feature International Conferences that will bring together recognised experts and users.

  The “market place” or exhibition part of the convention enables the real players in this new market to present their latest products and solutions and to demonstrate their concepts and services in the pitch and demo room. Exhibitors can choose between a stand of 9m2 or 30m2.

  The Innovative City Convention includes an online platform consisting of interviews, videos, press releases and a monthly newsletter distributed throughout the year 2012.
